MENTIONED/RESOURCES:
Norma Restaurante | I loved the vibe, customer service, and dishes like the Tuna Takiti & Pasticcio (seafood lasagne). The bread basket was to die for!
La Esquina del Pandebono | These warm pastries hit the spot! I had the pastel de arequipe (dulce de leche) and pastel de chocolate. The passionfruit and peppermint fruit juice was refreshing on a hot day. Total cost = $3.21 USD
Restaurante Candé | Coctel Bomba de Mariscos (fresh white fish, calamari, conch, shrimp, mussels, and prawns. You can have it with lime, red sauce, or golf sauce. I had it with lime sauce—hands down, the best ceviche EVER.
Hyatt Regency Cartagena: My top recommendations are Green Detox Juice, Ku Cocktail, Prawn Burger, and Fish & Chips. Bonus: almost any dessert that the hotel serves.
Rum & Chocolate Tasting | Lunatico | Highly recommend! What a fun night! Towards the end of the tasting, we made our cocktails. This is a good experience whether you’re traveling solo or with a group.
FOOD FAIL
NAMI Restaurant | Do not be fooled by the glowing reviews online. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The service is poor, and the food is worse. I was sick the morning after eating here.
