**Joddie’s Breakfast Pasta Recipe**
INGREDIENTS (one serving)
1.5 oz to 3.0 oz pasta (I like Barilla rotini, cellentani, and thick spaghetti.)
You can also swap out rice, potatoes, etc
Protein
I usually have wild-caught Argentian Red Shrimp, fish (tuna, mahi mahi, whiting, etc.), or tofu, but you add what you like
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
or avocado, hummus, peanut butter, guacamole, etc
1-2 cups of cooked or raw vegetables
3-5 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
You can swap it with cheese. I didn’t mention nutritional yeast in this podcast episode because I am out of it now.
Seasonings like soy sauce, onion powder, oregano, etc. (I like Very Good Garlic by Tabitha Brown)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook/prepare your veggies, pasta, and protein.
Mix in a big bowl
Enjoy!
