1. After 30 days my abs pretty much looked the same BUT BUT BUT BUT I'm definitely stronger and can now do abs moves that I couldn't before.
2. I had to do most of the moves without modifications to progress. Two reps with good form are better for my progression than 100 modifications.
3. “Abs are made in the gym and revealed in the kitchen!” - Millionaire Hoy. -- So that means working out is part of our Abs routine journey.
