3 Tips for When You’re Feeling Low Energy but Have a To-Do List

  1. Do the fun thing or restful thing. Usually, I would say do the thing the hard thing first, but if you’re feeling low energy, consider doing the fun stuff first. It’s on your to-do list, so check off a box. Getting something done is better than nothing.


  2. ✅ Check off mindless things on your to-do list. Here are some things that I checked off recently.

    1. updating links on joddie.substack.com

    2. adding water to my premade overnight oats

    3. micro-spring cleaning - going through draws

    4. pay for things in my shopping cart or delete them (I ordered more vegan protein powder)
