Let’s hop into it! 🐇
MENTIONED/RESOURCES:
Travel! A change of scenery, especially to a hot climate, may help alleviate your winter blues. Even switching up your commute can change your perspective.
Sign up for in-person classes! After years of countless online courses, I’m excited to go offline and meet new like-minded people!
Daily Movement! I move my body daily, anywhere from five minutes to an hour. The goal is to be consistent and do what I can. Exercise always helps boost my mood. So it’s especially crucial to stick to it during the winter when it’s dark and cold, and I don’t feel like it.
Here’s the MonikaFit Workout I did when my OOTD was in pajamas! He he he he. Pic of pajamas below!
Wardrobe Challenge!
This is probably my favorite on the list. I am finally wearing the clothes in my closet, including proper PJs. My style archetype is Tomboy! I found this out last year after taking a style quiz on Tradlands.
Some of my tops, jeans, and jackets are menswear (Quite a few were bought in Korea, so they are Asian size, which means they run a bit smaller/slimmer cut)
Most of the clothes featured above are old or were gifts or were purchased in South Korea, but see below for the available links.
LINKS to some of what I wore during the first week of my wardrobe challenge:
Adidas Cloudfoam Pure 2.0 sneakers
Adidas Essentials 3-Stripes Fleece Hoodie (Men’s)
Zella Leggings | similar HERE
Chuck Taylor All-Star Shoreline Slip | Converse
Terrex Multi Leggings | Adidas (These leggings are so frickin comfortable. Great for cold weather activities or long travel days)
Adicolor Classics 3-Stripes Leggings | Adidas
