In this episode, I am chatting about four things I do to help shift my mood when I am feeling off or down.
Ear Candy! | I listen to things that are sweet and nutritious to my ears. Such as affirmations, podcasts, and audiobooks. (examples below!)
Movement | Work out, go for a walk, and/or stand outside & drink coffee.
Cooking | There’s something therapeutic about the tactile experience & scents.
