When should you quit? I talk a lot about perseverance but today we're on the other side of the spectrum! Today, I am talking about quitting and more to the point, listening to YOUR INSTINCTS.
QUITTING YOUR... relationship, job, friendship, town, or even a conversation!
I promise you, your gut feelings will never let you down. Your instincts are YOUR WAY of taking care of yourself.
In this episode, I mention some possible signs that your instincts are trying to get your attention.
Physical manifestations that started with the thing, person, or place that you need to quit (headaches, high blood pressure, losing appetite, etc)
A literal voice in your head saying this doesn't feel right, leave, etc, etc (on a loop!)
Feeling ill at ease when everything is "perfect"
It's of course, different for everyone but these are some possibilities. For instance, how does your intuition manifest for you?
TLDR: Know thyself and know when to leave. Take care of yourself. ❤️
