I can totally really relate to the hardships of PMS (not so much working out during that time, but definitely the symptoms) Ugh. It can be down right awful. I have definitely heard that working out can help with the symptoms, and so I booked a workout class. Actually Pilates. I can’t wait to get started. I will check out the links as well!! Thanks! I’m interested in anything that helps out with this natural, but very annoying time. Here’s to making PMS a little bit easier!! 🥂

Yay! Enjoy Pilates! Yes movement really does help alleviate symptoms of PMS. Now I'm learning that narrowing that down to certain types of movements on certain days helps too! Thanks so much for listening and commenting!
