1. Look at the data - in the episode I mention using fitness apps and my fitness journal. You might have totally different goals like tracking your spending. So for you, useful data might be credit card statements or the receipts in your wallet.
2. Write out your feelings in a journal or even a piece of paper - Take a moment to process WHY you’re not sticking to your goal(s).
3. Take action! DO something.
4. Seek inspiration.
