1. Do Modifications - No shame! (I've been known to do modifications throughout ENTIRE workouts)
2. Progressions are good (Know thyself - know when it's time to progress to the next level of a movement or workout routine)
3. You're probably better at advanced moves than you think (so mix it up sometimes and try em)
