On this episode of SnackySays featuring Joddie Taylor, she delves into the frustrating behavior of keyboard warriors - those who anonymously leave negative comments online.
Joddie shares her admiration for content creators across different platforms and how she plans to try new workouts toward her fitness goals.
The episode also includes Joddie's thoughts on anonymity in creating content, her personal progress in learning new skills, and her current book recommendation. Joddie also provides insights on how privacy should always be respected, especially with the information that content creators choose to share. Tune in to this episode for Joddie's thoughts on various topics.
In this episode, I’m wondering…
How I can get better at doing book reviews
Why the Universe likes to be cute
What’s in my near future fitness-wise (running, dancing, gym, etc)
Why Keyboard Warriors are so mean? (I also touch on how much I admire Anonymous Vloggers)
Time Stamp Breakdown (scroll down for links)
[00:02:06] Totally inspired by Kesha Collin’s recent book review. I also commit to doing more book reviews on SnackySays. I get a little anxious about doing book reviews but practice makes progress!
[00:05:35] Joddie discusses the humorous nurse, Nurse Johnn who has a funny anecdote about a quiet night at work that suddenly gets busy! aka the Universe “being cute”
[00:08:56] How I improved significantly at dancing though I wasn’t initially good at it, and was a lesson to persevere through difficulty.
[00:10:34] Future plans to join a gym, experiment with different workouts, and receive professional guidance on fitness goals. I used to have a fear of gym weight machines but I’m ready to overcome it!
[00:14:46] Anonymity is not a barrier to success in content creation. You can choose to share as much or as little about yourself as you want. But it's important to remember that just because someone shares a lot doesn't mean they deserve any less respect.
[00:16:21] The podcast episode discussed four topics, and please share the SnackySays podcast with friends!
What are you wondering about nowadays?
