Without further ado, FIVE THINGS!
1. Celebrating: My 5-Year Fitness Anniversary!
Started the day with a Millionaire Hoy workout of course! The past five years of fitness have been amazing and at times, amazingly frustrating! It really is a journey!
There are some goals that I had five years ago that I still haven't reached:
1. Doing continuous standard push-ups.
2. My DREAM WORKOUT (see #1 - kinda need to nail those push-ups so that I can do Sphinx/Russian push-ups)
That being said, I am truly in the best shape of my life. I can not wait to see what the next five years and beyond brings!

2. My Sister: Nurse Kesh!

3. Cashing Out! The Book Tour
So remember when I mentioned that I was reading the personal finance book, Cashing Out? Eek! My twin brother and I went to the Washington, DC stop of Julian & Kiersten's Book Tour!!!
We went because of the book and we stayed for the thought-provoking conversations and sense of community. Kiersten and Julian are warm, engaging, and laugh a lot. My kind of people. I will definitely attend any and all future events that they put on!

4. On Going Vegan
This is the best response I've seen to those who say they can't go vegan. I'm only Vegan at Times but I'm picking up what Beextravegant is putting down!
5. 7-Day Summer Workout Challenge!
Jordan Yeoh's Summer Seven Challenge was a huge highlight of June for me! I've been subscribed to his YouTube channel for a few months now...And somehow, had never tried even one of his workouts. At least until this bodyweight challenge! I was lucky enough to catch this challenge live. He dropped one new workout every day at 8 pm EST. I usually work out in the morning but I actually did three of them in real time!
It's super approachable with plenty of modifications and for most of the week, it was easy to add to my usual workout routine. The challenge starts out with a 7-minute workout, Day 2 = 14 minutes, and finally, on Day 7 there was a 49-minute workout. Please let me know if you try this challenge! I highly recommend it!
